Dirk Barnes, a former major in the Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force, and now the managing director of the Trinidad and Tobago Air Support Company Ltd, said yesterday that his arrangement to supply a light surveillance aircraft for three months to the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service was completely above board.
